Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
